History

Ubicado en el pintoresco barrio de La Cueva, en Castañeda, Cantabria, el restaurante La Partera abrió sus puertas en 2006 en la planta baja de una casona de piedra del siglo XIX. Desde sus inicios, nos hemos dedicado a ofrecer una cocina de mercado actual, elaborada con sencillez y cariño, utilizando productos de máxima calidad. Nuestra carta destaca por su Cocido Montañés, carnes y pescados selectos, y una variedad de postres caseros que deleitan a nuestros comensales.
